You do not have to keep every paragraph. The best email is one that gives enough information to understand the idea without making the message unnecessarily long.

Include the page name or URL where you noticed the problem.
Say what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
If relevant, mention whether you were using a phone or computer and which browser you used.
